What are the Foam Fillers that are included in the Lower Kit? Do I need them? How do I know if I need them or not?

The rear wall had 2" thick foam in some areas behind seat and below rear window on ledge. Honestly, it doesn't make sense to put extra foam behind seat, as it will wear a hole in the material from seat rubbing up against. Our kit will work with extra foam and without.
