Originally, the back panel was just slid into place from factory. However, if you purchase a complete kit, you will get a can of spray adhesive and the back panel can be glued into place if desired.
Does the back panel have to have adheasive applied to install CIH 7210-8950 MAGNUM PROFORM LOWER KIT
